Panels are listed by Underwriters Laboratory bearing the UL & CUL mark for use in the United States and Canada markets. | Powell Valve Closure Systems |
Powell is the ONLY manufacturer to offer both electric and pneumatic valve closure systems for container sizes ranging from 150 lb cylinders to 90-ton railcars. Systems can be configured to close valves within 10 seconds or less in the event of a gas leak, car or container movement, security breach, fire alarm, seismic event, or numerous other circumstances.
Powell Valve Closure Systems are superior to any other valve closure system available on the market. Powell offers several brackets designed to adapt to a variety of valve types, making the systems compatible with an extensive list of hazardous gasses. Powell can design, engineer and test prototype brackets upon request.
