Answer:

The UniPro^™ Valve Closure System stays on the loading/unloading platform, or in close proximity to bulk containers that will be serviced. It does not travel with the containers. When containers arrive to be serviced, the UniPro^™ actuators are installed on the open container valves. Should there be a leak, tank car motion, process shutdown or other emergency situation, sensors automatically signal the UniPro^™ Control Panel, which immediately activates the UniPro^™ Air Control Unit. This sends compressed air or nitrogen to the actuators. They close the valves in seconds, preventing or minimizing a serious release of the chemical being processed.
